Southern Swim School is a new Learn to Swim centre at Kirrawee in southern Sydney, opened November 2019. Our focus is on excellence and innovation, with a mission to deliver quality swimming education to our community.
Our program combines expert teaching with a challenging, modern and progressive curriculum and small teacher to student ratios to ensure children get the most out of every lesson. Our program is tested and proven.
Our pool is purpose-designed for Learn to Swim. Students enjoy a consistent 32 degree water temperature via a new pool heating system, whilst a new air-conditioned pool deck provides a pleasant experience for parents.

FOUNDATIONS
Our Foundations stream teaches water confidence and the ability to function happily in a class environment. Spend quality bonding time with your child, while learning vital foundational skills to start your little swimmer on their learning journey!
INDEPENDENCE
Ensure that your child has the skills to swim safely and independently across all aquatic environments. The Independence stream instills the correct skills and technique so that our students can learn to navigate the water with ease and enjoyment.
TECHNIQUE
In our Technique stream, swimmers will learn Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly techniques. Our program is planned so that all techniques are practiced and reinforced correctly and introduced at the right time for our swimmers development.
DEVELOPMENT
Our swimmers are recognizing their potential in the water and that swimming training in the right environment, can be really fun! The Development stream inspires our swimmers to become technically correct across all of their strokes, as well as introducing race skills.
